Robert C. Henricks

As Founder and President of Henricks Corporate Training & Development, Inc.  Bob brings a wealth of experience to the organization.  He has spent the last 27 years in various capacities of selling and sales management.  He started in selling from the ground up.  He has tremendous experience in start-up, turn-around and established organizations.

Bob has been blessed with a special gift of speaking to people in a group setting.  He has the ability to make everyone in any given session feel as though he is speaking specifically and directly to them while delivering to a group, Bob also has the talent to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and motivation.  He clearly leaves his clients knowing:

• They know what to do
• They know how to do it
• They can and will make the right choices to get it done.

Bob and his charming wife Robin, relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1997 from Columbus, Ohio.  Together they have four daughters: Ashley 18, Christine 14, Abigail 13 and Caitlin 11.  They enjoy spending valuable time together as a family as well as with friends.  Those who are familiar with Bob and his family know that as priorities go, things are very clear.  They are as follows:  God, family and business.

Paul Barnhill

After spending 45 years in the corporate world with a Fortune 10 company and managing his own consulting company, Paul joined Henricks CORP in an operational capacity.  He currently spends the majority of his time managing the business growth Henricks CORP experiences.

Paul and his beautiful wife Millie have been married 50 years.  Paul has 2 children and five grandchildren.  They relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1981 from upstate New York. 

Sheri Powell

Sheri joined Sandler with over 10 years of Sales experience.  Having gone through the Sandler Training herself she is a firm believer in what it can do for you, personally and professionally.  When given the opportunity to become part of the organization, it seemed to be a very exciting challenge.  As of September 2006, she handles the Administrative end of Henricks C O R P .

Sheri has been married for 21 years to her wonderful husband Tim and they have one son, Ryan and 2 daughters, Megan and Kristen.

Craig Murden                 

As an associate with Henricks C O R P, Craig brings a unique blend of sales, marketing and manufacturing experience that spans over 20 years across multiple industries.  His personable style , enthusiasm and competitive drive are cornerstones for his high levels of achievement.

He holds a B.A. in Communications form the University of Virginia, where he played football and holds an Executive MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.

Craig and his wife Maggie have four children.  One son, Tracey, and three daughters, Carly, Kathryn and Mary-Helen.  They enjoy boating, sports and traveling as a family.  They are members of St. John's Episcopal Church.  Craig is an avid flyfisherman.

 Chad Cuttino

Chad is the newest Associate with Henricks C O R P.  His hometown is Atlanta, Georgia.  He was with WBTV for over 10 years.  Before his radio career, he was in the restaurant business for 15 years.  Chad lives in Huntersville with his beautiful wife Amy and their two beautiful children Jane and John Peter.  Chad has been through Sandler Training a few years ago, so we feel he will continue to be success here doing business the Sandler way!!  Welcome Chad!
